Charles Cai – Director

Charles has been in the field of accounts, tax, and business advisory since 2002. Having an extensive knowledge and experience accumulated over the years, he has helped many entrepreneurs and foreign investors alike in setting up Companies in Singapore and/or other jurisdictions as well as providing business advisory to support the client’s needs. He has also successfully completed the accredited module and assessments for the Family Office Advisors as well as Trust Services.

Erica Kasim – Director

Erica is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants since 2014.
She has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. She started her journey as an auditor for 8 years and has worked in various positions of audit assurance services. She has extensive experience in working with companies of different sizes as an accountant and has been involved in providing management and business consultancy services such as corporate tax compliance and business planning.

Adrian Utama Gani – Director

Adrian Utama Gani has over 20 years of experience as a professional accountant and business advisor. This makes him owns in-depth understanding of areas of business valuation, business improvement, and financial management including tax planning and structuring. He has handled many medium to large companies in both Indonesia and/or a foreign company with various business sectors. On top of that, he also has been a Certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst by Corporate Finance Institute.
